Qualifications

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Comfortable using standard office technology and learning new software systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with order processing and follow-up in an office environment is required.
• Previous experience or familiarity with the consumer products, food/non-food, retail, or wholesale industries is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process orders accurately using the computerized system; update files and invoices as needed.
• Respond to inquiries re: promotions, orders, and pricing; track deliveries.
• Resolve trade deductions and credit issues with Sales Development Teams as necessary; maintain deduction records.
• Prepare timely and accurate sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and on-demand basis.
• Keep teams informed of issues, complaints, and opportunities; communicate with clients and customers.
• Assist with related special projects and administrative tasks; participate in training to improve skills.
