Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process orders using a computerized system.
• Respond to client, customer, and internal inquiries re: promotions, orders, and service; confirm orders and pricing; track deliveries.
• Resolve trade deductions and credit issues in collaboration with Sales Development Management Teams.
• Prepare timely and accurate sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and on-demand basis.
• Maintain professional communication with clients, supervisors, associates, and customers.
