Responsibilities

• Manage the creation and delivery of digital video and audio files to digital storefronts such as iTunes, Netflix, Amazon and Disney+.
• Manage multiple projects from client orders to delivery completion, ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
• Understand client specifications and needs clearly.
• Build strong working relationships with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor and update timelines, setting realistic daily delivery expectations and communicating with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with billing to ensure correct invoicing and on-time payments.
• Perform order entries and ensure data accuracy across systems.
• Provide strategic solutions to client issues and concerns.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize workflows and processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and drive initiatives with other departments.
• Represent the company positively to clients while protecting security and confidentiality.
• Document processes for training and create video trainings.
• Use dashboards and reports to track milestones and status.
• Contribute to company culture and team development.
• Assist in capacity planning and demand forecasting for clients.
• Participate in corrective action processes to prevent recurring issues.
