Qualifications

• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and other database systems.
• Recent college graduate (or equivalent experience) for entry-level position in office environment.
• Interest in Film & TV Digital Distribution a plus.
• Interest in Localization (Dubbing, Subtitling, etc.) preferred.
• Customer Service experience a plus.
• Able to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate information and assets for teams.
• Liaise with internal client teams to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
• Assign tasks to internal resources and assist with schedule management.
• Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Escalate any potential issues with schedule, specs, etc. immediately to Project Manager(s).
• Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
• Abide by security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you.
• Data entry tasks into both internal and client owned systems.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
