Qualifications

• Must-have experience in localization or digital media workflows.
• Customer-focused approach with strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in post-production workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation and delivery of digital video and audio files to storefronts (iTunes, Netflix, Amazon, Disney+).
• Manage multiple projects from order to delivery, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Understand client specifications and build strong client relationships with excellent service.
• Monitor timelines, set realistic expectations, and communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with billing to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Perform order entries with data accuracy in all systems.
• Provide strategic solutions for client issues and collaborate to improve workflows.
