Job summary

Axiom Talent Platform is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Business Operations team in a customer-focused role. You will respond to inbound queries, manage engagement setup, and coordinate onboarding activities to ensure timely and compliant engagements across our client base.

You will collaborate with Sales, Talent Operations, and other internal teams, maintaining accurate records and ensuring readiness from Day 1.

Qualifications

1–3+ years in business operations, onboarding, or admin roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Strong communication and responsiveness to queries.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for inbound operational queries from Clients and Talent, delivering timely responses.
Coordinate engagement setup, ensure contracts and documentation are collected and recorded.
Manage client onboarding requirements and coordinate with Sales and Talent Operations.
Support third-party risk management and client audit requests.
