Job summary

Axiom Medical is seeking a Client Success Manager for the Main The Woodlands, TX site. You will lead the Client Services team to ensure professional and efficient customer service and to support issue resolution across accounts.

You will coordinate with department leaders, assist with client onboarding, and mentor staff to ensure consistent service delivery. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in customer service management or client services.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating across departments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Client Services team to ensure timely, high-quality service.
• Direct and coordinate Client Success Representative activities.
• Coordinate with operational leaders to address client feedback and service needs.
• Partner with Implementation during onboarding and transitions.
• Review complaints and recommend timely resolutions.
• Serve as first point of escalation for client-related questions.
• Mentor and train new Client Success Representatives.
