Axiom is seeking an Analyst on the Business Operations team to handle onboarding, client setup, and day-to-day operations for engagements. The role emphasizes precise coordination across Sales, Talent Operations, and internal teams to ensure readiness and compliance from Day 1.

You will manage inquiries, drive efficient processes, and contribute to accurate billing and vendor setup. A strong focus on organization and communication supports client success and revenue operations.

Qualificações

• 1-3+ years in business operations, onboarding, or client service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 2 days/week in-office.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a first point of contact for inbound operational queries from Clients and Axiom Talent, providing timely responses.
• Ensure engagements are compliant and set up for success from Day 1, collecting and recording required docs.
• Manage client-specific onboarding requirements to enable Axiom Talent to start engagements on time, coordinating with Sales and internal teams.
• Support completion of third-party risk management questionnaires and client audit responses.
