Roku, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Client Operations in Chicago to lead a team of 8–10 Client Associates and own end-to-end campaign lifecycle from pre-sale planning through renewals.

You will define workflows, establish SLAs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on-time launches with high quality. You will build the function, enablement library, and scalable processes while fostering a high-trust, inclusive culture.

Competenze

• 7+ years in client services or campaign operations.
• Experience leading 8-10 direct reports.
• Deep knowledge of digital, streaming, and programmatic ad tech.
• Strong CRM, order management, and trafficking familiarity.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Campaign Lifecycle Execution & Delivery Quality: ensure on-time, accurate delivery across all deal types.
• Build and refine operating model with clear ownership and defined SLAs.
