Job summary

Roku is hiring a Manager, Client Operations in New York to lead a team of 8–10 Client Associates. You will own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, define workflows, SLAs, and escalation paths, and collaborate with Sales, PM, and offshore partners to drive on-time launches and high-quality delivery.

You will shape processes, build the enablement library, and mentor talent while leveraging AI-enabled workflows to increase throughput and reduce manual tasks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client services, account management, campaign operations, ad operations, or customer success with hands-on ownership of the campaign lifecycle.
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience with a track record of developing early-career talent.
• Deep knowledge of digital, streaming, and programmatic landscape including DSPs/SSPs/DMPs and deal mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, accurate campaign delivery across all deal types from intake to launch and wrap reporting.
• Serve as escalation point for IO-to-system discrepancies, pricing exceptions, and billing disputes.
• Define done-criteria for handoffs, ensure QA at every stage, and teach processes to the team.
• Build and refine operating model with clear ownership, SLAs, and scalable workflows.
• Lead 8–10 direct reports, conduct regular 1:1s, and manage performance and growth.
