Novatech is seeking a CLIENT ONBOARDING ASSOCIATE to support clients in Lafayette, LA. This warehouse role involves delivery travel, equipment installation, and interaction with local customers, with a focus on reliable service and technical aptitude.

You will learn to repair and troubleshoot Printers, Copiers, and network connectivity, install equipment on-site, manage inventory, and provide outstanding customer service while following procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a degree in Information Technologies or currently pursuing a degree.
• Desire to solve problems.
• Experience resolving customer issues.
• Proven attendance history and a strong desire to excel.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Proficient verbal and written communication using company email.

Responsibilities

• Repair and troubleshoot Managed Office products including printers, copiers, large format units, and MSP tech stack.
• Follow procedures for removal and delivery of equipment.
• Install equipment on-site and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
• Inventory management and coordination.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment to manufacturers’ specifications.
• Identify cost-effective troubleshooting procedures.
• Address customer concerns with a positive attitude to ensure optimal outcomes.
