Job summary

Novatech is expanding its field service team and seeking a copier-focused technician to service clients in Lafayette, LA and surrounding areas. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain office equipment while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of copier experience, familiarity with Canon/Konica Minolta/HP/Xerox products, and a valid driver’s license. Training and benefits are provided in a growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience servicing copiers.
• Experience with Canon, Konica Minolta, HP and/or Xerox office products.
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications are a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical diagnostics and repair to existing client accounts.
• Perform preventative maintenance on office equipment.
• Document service actions and complete reports.
• Collaborate with dispatchers, service managers and staff.
