Novatech in Lafayette, LA is seeking a CLIENT ONBOARDING ASSOCIATE to support clients locally. This warehouse role involves equipment delivery, installation on-site, and strong customer service to ensure smooth onboarding.

You bring IT knowledge, problem-solving, and a proactive attitude. You will learn repair/troubleshooting of printers and copiers, manage inventory, and travel to client sites with company vehicle. Valid license required.

Qualifications

• Able to learn repair/troubleshooting of IT equipment.

• Willingness to travel to client sites and work in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair and troubleshoot Managed Office products (printers, copiers, large format units, network connectivity).
• Handle delivery/removal of equipment following procedures.
• Install equipment on-site and perform adjustments as needed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and manage inventory.
• Perform basic network connectivity installations and diagnose equipment issues.
• Travel to client locations using company vehicle; learn product certification.

As we grow nationwide, we have a great opportunity for a CLIENT ONBOARDING ASSOCIATE supporting clients in Lafayette, LA. This is a warehouse role, with delivery travel and interaction with local customers.

In this role, we are looking for client-focused, technically minded professionals that can be described as diligent, passionate, intuitive, big picture thinkers, optimistic, self-motivated, adaptive, and collaborative.

Your Job:

• Learning how to repair and troubleshoot the Managed Office products including but not limited to Printers, Multifunction Copiers, Large format units, network connectivity and our MSP tech stack
• Following procedures for removal and delivery of equipment
• Installing equipment on-site and make necessary adjustments
• Providing outstanding customer service to our clients
• Inventory management
• Demonstrates strong technical and customer relations skills
• Performs basic network connectivity / installations
• Accurately diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment and accessories to optimum operating condition within Novatech and manufacturers specifications
• Identify the most cost-effective troubleshooting procedure
• Addressing customer concerns with a positive attitude while ensuring optimal outcome
• Learning new things quickly and solving problems
• Shows interest in electronics, mechanics, or computers
• Noticing the details and going the extra mile
• Effective problem solving, deductive reasoning, analytical and time management skills
• Willingness to learn and be certified on products

You Bring to Novatech:

• Recently completed a degree in Information Technologies or currently pursuing a degree
• A desire to solve problems
• Experience resolving customer issues
• A proven attendance history and a strong desire to excel
• A valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills (use of company email for external customer communications)

You Must be Able to:

• Lift, push or pull up to 100 pounds
• Load trucks and vehicles
• Stand up to 8 hours a day
• Drive to client locations - company vehicle is provided to facilitate employee travel between job sites and personal use of company vehicle is not allowed
