Novatech is a nationwide Managed Office Provider delivering IT, Print, Cloud and Security solutions. We are expanding in the US and seeking a Client Onboarding Associate to join our team.

The role focuses on client-first, technically minded professionals who can troubleshoot copiers, install equipment on-site, manage inventory, and provide outstanding service while learning new products and becoming certified.

Qualifications

• Experience resolving customer issues.
• Willingness to learn and be certified on products.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Learn to repair and troubleshoot copiers and network connectivity.
• Assist with removal and delivery of equipment.
• Install equipment on-site and perform necessary adjustments.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients.
• Manage inventory and maintain records.
• Diagnose and repair equipment per manufacturer specs.
• Identify cost-effective troubleshooting approaches.
• Drive positive customer outcomes with a can-do attitude.
