Shegerian & Associates in San Diego seeks an Onboarding Specialist who turns consultations into ready-to-assign files. You will guide new clients, draft retainer agreements, collect documents, and track deadlines, ensuring the case packet is complete for the team.

Ideal candidates are meticulous, deadline-driven, and able to communicate clearly in writing and by phone. Bilingual Spanish and English is preferred. The role is in-person with competitive hourly pay and full benefits.

Formación

• 1+ year of legal intake, client services, or administrative experience (Preferred).
• Fluent in Spanish and English (Preferred).
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.

• Follow up on every outstanding document until the file is complete.
• Track critical deadlines, including Tort Claims Act (TCA), Statute of Limitations (SOL), and Right to Sue (RTS).

What You'll Do
