Job summary

Shegerian & Associates, Inc. in California seeks a Senior Employment Attorney to own a caseload from intake through trial, lead strategy, and mentor junior attorneys.

You will draft and argue motions, take depositions, appear in court, mediations, and arbitrations, with a hybrid work environment and a culture that emphasizes high standards and meaningful work.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership.
• 3+ years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience.
• Deposition experience required; trial experience strongly preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage cases independently, lead strategy, and mentor junior attorneys.

We're seeking a Senior Employment Attorney to join our team, someone ready to own a caseload from intake through trial, lead strategy, and help shape the next generation of litigators at the firm.
