Shegerian & Associates, California's premier plaintiff-side employment law firm, seeks a bilingual Relations Specialist to keep every potential client moving through the vetting process with speed, accuracy, and care.

You will review new leads, route them to the right department, complete missing details, and conduct intakes when needed, ensuring a professional and thorough experience for clients while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; written and spoken.
• 1+ year of experience in legal intake, client services, or customer service.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle escalations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Review every new lead daily to ensure timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
• Route leads to the right department so potential clients reach the right people quickly.
• Fill in missing details on incomplete leads so attorneys have what they need to evaluate a case.
• Conduct intakes when needed for a thorough client experience.
• Handle escalated concerns with patience, tact, and resolution.

You keep every potential client moving through the vetting process with speed, accuracy, and care, and you step in personally when a situation needs a steady voice.

We're California's premier plaintiff side employment law firm, and we're looking for a bilingual Relations Specialist who brings sharp organization and genuine heart to every interaction.

What You'll Do

• Review every new lead daily, making sure follow up is timely and documentation is accurate
• Route leads to the right department so potential clients get to the right people fast
• Fill in missing details on incomplete leads so attorneys have everything they need to evaluate a case
• Conduct intakes yourself when needed, giving potential clients a professional and thorough experience
• Handle escalated concerns from potential new clients with patience, tact, and real resolution
• Upload all supporting documentation promptly and keep records clean and complete
• Spot inefficiencies in the intake process, bring them to leadership, and help put better solutions in place
• Protect the confidentiality of every client and every file, always

• Fluent in Spanish (preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience in legal intake, client services, or customer service (Preferred)
• Proven ability to handle escalated situations with professionalism and tact
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and CRM or practice management software

This is a full-time, on-site role. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with overtime required when necessary to meet deadlines.

What We Offer:

• Job Types: Full-time
• Hourly pay: $23-$24 BOE
• Workplace: Onsite
