Job summary

Shegerian & Associates in San Diego, CA seeks an Onboarding Specialist to turn client commitments into fully prepared case files for the team. You will guide new clients through onboarding, draft retainer agreements, and collect essential materials to support attorneys.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in legal intake or admin, are meticulous, and communicate clearly in writing and over the phone. Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred; in-person work is required with competitive benefits.

What You'll Do

• Guide new clients through onboarding and prepare matters for Case Management and attorney review
