Job summary

Shegerian & Associates in San Francisco seeks a Senior Employment Attorney to own a caseload from intake through trial, lead strategy, and mentor junior attorneys who join the firm.

You will draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and regularly appear in court, mediations, and arbitrations, driving results for plaintiffs in California employment cases.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar membership required.

We're seeking a Senior Employment Attorney to join our team, someone ready to own a caseload from intake through trial, lead strategy, and help shape the next generation of litigators at the firm.

What You'll Do

• Manage your own docket from intake through trial with full ownership of your cases
• Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Take and defend depositions (required)
• Appear regularly in court, mediations, and arbitrations
• Lead case strategy and mentor junior attorneys, passing on what it takes to win
