Job summary

Frontline Source Group in Cumming, GA is seeking a Client Intake & Sales Specialist to guide prospective clients from initial inquiry through onboarding, delivering an empathetic and professional experience.

You will manage intake and engagement workflows in the firm’s CRM, conduct consultative B2C sales, coordinate with the legal team, handle payments, and maintain accurate records per SOPs. This role requires strong communication and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, client intake, customer-facing sales, or a similar client-facing position.
• B2C sales experience strongly preferred.
• Consultative sales experience with the ability to ask qualifying questions and guide clients through a decision-making process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow established SOPs, instructions, and structured workflows.
• Coachable, dependable, and receptive to feedback.
• Ability to document conversations and activities accurately within a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage incoming leads from initial contact through engagement.
• Conduct consultative B2C sales conversations with prospective clients.
• Follow established intake questions, processes, and SOPs to properly qualify prospective clients.
• Identify client needs and determine whether they align with services offered by the firm.
• Clearly explain available services, pricing, scope, and next steps.
• Generate and send engagement agreements through the firm’s CRM system.
• Assist prospective clients with payment processing and available financing options.
• Follow up with prospective clients who do not immediately move forward.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely transition from sales and intake to the legal team.
