Job summary

Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP in Atlanta seeks an experienced Client Relations and Assurance Specialist to join the Client Relations/Assurance team. This role drives the firm’s new business intake for Assurance and non-Assurance matters, serving as a key liaison with attorneys, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely opening and smooth onboarding.

The incumbent will support client experience initiatives, coordinate cross-departmental activities, and help execute projects that improve intake

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of law firm administrative experience.
• Experience with intake processes and systems (Upfront, Aderant).
• Familiarity with outside counsel guidelines and insurance ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel pivot tables required.
• Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Lead new business intake and handoff processes.
• Coordinate referrals, gather details, and resolve gaps.
• Enter client and matter data accurately in firm systems.
• Support client experience initiatives and reporting.
