Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads by phone, email, or web within a timely manner and act as a welcoming point of contact.
• Conduct intake calls to assess legal needs, determine case eligibility, and guide clients through next steps.
• Explain services, pricing, and the consultation process confidently and with empathy.
• Coordinate and perform consultations; organize meetings with lawyers and document in intake systems.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records; ensure timely follow-ups and monitor lead progression.
• Track and report lead conversions; identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the team to refine intake processes and strategies.
• Develop and grow a referral program with professionals in legal, counselling, and client networks.
• Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection.
• Work with marketing on outbound tactics and partnerships to bring in new cases.
• Manage attorney schedules for prospective consultations to foster growth.
• Survey potential clients to determine fit with the practice and listen empathetically to calls.
