Client Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for a highly-motivated individual interested in growth to join our team of Client Onboarding Specialists. This position entails a high call volume focusing on assisting new clients with the Firm’s onboarding process. The specialist’s role includes familiarizing newly-engaged clients with the Firm’s services, and ensuring receipt of all documents necessary for successful onboarding. The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a fast-paced, professional environment, and has a genuine desire to help people in difficult times.

• Assisting new clients with the Firm’s digital onboarding process, including client intake, gathering & review of documents, and ensuring successful completion of client onboarding
• Utilizing the Firm’s Salesforce CRM software in performing client-support tasks
• Meeting high-quality performance requirements and goals for all tasks and responsibilities
• Reviewing client documents for completeness and uploading to the Firm’s client management system
• Following up with clients as needed to complete their onboarding
• Other related tasks as instructed by the Firm’s attorneys

Required Skills & Experience:

• Sales or other customer-facing experience is preferred, including experience in a consulting role or financial services in a call center environment
• Self-motivated worker with a solid work ethic and competitive drive
• Shift options are Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday from 1 PM - 10 PM EST
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proven responsibility and reliability
• Bi-lingual is not necessary but is a plus (e.g., Spanish)
