Frontline Source Group - Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Client Intake & Sales Specialist to manage prospective clients from inquiry to onboarding in a law-firm environment. You will conduct consultative sales, follow intake SOPs, and guide qualified clients through engagement.

Responsibilities include managing leads, explaining services with pricing, generating engagement agreements, and coordinating between sales, intake, and the legal team to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in sales, client intake, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience with B2C consultative sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage incoming leads from initial contact through engagement.
• Conduct consultative B2C sales conversations with prospective clients.
• Follow intake questions, processes, and SOPs to qualify prospective clients.
• Identify client needs and match services offered by the firm.
• Explain services, pricing, scope, and next steps clearly.
• Generate and send engagement agreements via the CRM.
• Assist prospective clients with payments and financing options.
• Follow up with leads who do not move forward immediately.
