Job summary

ExtensisHR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to guide new clients through onboarding, payroll setup, and relationship management. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure a smooth first payroll and client experience.

Responsibilities include leading kickoff calls, maintaining CRM documentation, and advocating for clients while aligning with ExtensisHR technologies. A BA/BS and 3+ years of client-facing experience in PEO or outsourced services are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client-facing experience in the PEO or outsourced service model.
• Experience in Payroll or HR Services.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate onboarding for new clients, including relationship building and needs assessment.
• Lead project management to facilitate payroll-focused onboarding.
• Conduct kickoff and weekly status calls with clients and team members to ensure onboarding success.
• Advocate for the client to ensure a seamless implementation and payroll processing.
