Miestro is seeking a highly organized Onboarding Manager to join our team in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee the successful implementation of new clients on our software platform and ensure a smooth handoff from sales to onboarding.

As a Full Time Operations role, you will develop project plans, manage timelines, provide training, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client needs while managing expectations and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management or onboarding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in SaaS onboarding or related industry a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process
• Work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones for onboarding
• Ensure that clients are provided with comprehensive training on our platform
• Coordinate with various teams within the organization to ensure that all client needs are met during the onboarding process
• Actively manage client expectations and communicate progress updates to stakeholders
• Develop and implement onboarding best practices and continuously improve our onboarding process
