Job summary

Smart City Locating, Inc. is seeking a Client Success & Operations Specialist to own the client experience from contract through onboarding and ongoing support.

You will keep clients informed, align internal teams, and move details forward so projects run smoothly. In this hybrid in-office role you will coordinate onboarding, schedule kickoff calls, collect assets, maintain records, and drive proactive follow-up.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client success, account coordination, operations, or related roles.
• Experience in a client-facing customer service or account management role preferred.
• Experience coordinating across departments and managing multiple projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp/Asana/Monday.com).
• Experience with Google Workspace and CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational side of the client experience from contract through onboarding and ongoing support.
• Coordinate onboarding from signed agreement through launch and ensure clean handoffs.
• Schedule kickoff calls, asset collection, and important milestones.
• Maintain client records, project statuses, timelines, and actions.
• Assist across Sales, Content, Finance, and Leadership to keep teams aligned.
• Identify client issues and bottlenecks early and help resolve them.
• Develop workflows, templates, SOPs, and systems as the team scales.
• Ensure no client or project falls through the cracks.
