Job summary

Engagifii in Atlanta is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide customers from signed agreement through discovery, configuration, data migration, testing, training, and go-live. You will own the project, manage plans and milestones across multiple implementations, and coordinate data migrations and integrations to ensure successful adoption of Engagifii.

This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to translate business processes into software configuration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SaaS implementations from discovery through launch.
• Ability to translate business processes into software configuration.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience training admins or power users and coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to understand how customers operate across people, groups, events, and workflows.
• Design and configure Engagifii to meet customer requirements and outcomes.
• Own the implementation project with plans, milestones, and risk management.
• Manage data migration and integrations with connected systems (payments, SSO, LMS, etc.).
• Coordinate testing, training, go-live, and transition to the Customer Experience team.
