• 90-day onboarding process from contract through graduation for all services.

• Comfort using AI tools to improve workflows and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation from signed contract to graduation, typically 90 days.
• Lead weekly client meetings during the first month, then gradually reduce cadence.
• Coordinate internally across SEO, Paid Ads, Content, and Web Development.
• Maintain onboarding SOPs, tasks in ClickUp, and timely documentation.
• Guide clients through setup and prepare for handoff to Client Success.
