Job summary

Cisive is seeking a Client Onboarding Project Specialist to lead the onboarding of new clients onto our platform and solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide clients through the onboarding process, and ensure all requirements are met within agreed timelines.

In this role, you will serve as the main contact for new onboarding projects, plan and execute onboarding plans, and coordinate with sales, client success, and technical teams to deliver a seamless experience while

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple onboardings concurrently.
Customer-focused mindset with proactive problem solving.
Knowledge of background screening or related industries is preferred.
Commitment to delivering excellent client experiences.
Ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and clients throughout onboarding.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for new client onboardings.
Plan, coordinate, and execute onboarding plans.
Collaborate with internal teams to create seamless onboarding.
Build strong rapport with new clients and address needs during onboarding.
Coordinate with sales, client success, and technical teams for smooth onboarding.
Ensure onboarding documentation is current and accurate.
