We seek detail-oriented individuals with a High School Diploma (Bachelor's preferred) and 2–4 years of admin experience, who can manage multi-tasking and data accuracy while supporting SOX/HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Communicates with team members in an effective, professional, timely manner.
• Identifies, develops, and implements process and service improvements.
• Interacts with internal partners to ensure internal processes and solutions positively impact the overall client experience.
• Accurately sets up internal systems.
• Sends weekly updates to the Client Implementation team with the status of received or missing information for clients.
• Exercises high attention to detail and methodology for confirming accuracy in all tasks.
• Generates reports as requested.
• Supports process and audit efforts to ensure integrity and accountability for Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with team members to support a positive customer service experience in a team environment.
• Identifies and supports onboarding documents and administrative tasks for the Client Implementation team.
• Interacts with internal partners to ensure processes improve client experience.
• Addresses issues using internal relationships and escalations.
• Ensures accurate setup of internal systems and data.
• Reviews onboarding profiles and shares details with internal partners.
