Insperity is seeking a Payroll Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and accurate payroll setup for new accounts. You’ll balance payroll data, ensure timely processing, and act as a trusted advisor to clients through implementation processes.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of payroll or related experience.
• FPC or CPP Certification or completion of FLSA PayTrain module (85%).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboards and implements payroll for new clients across client structures and locations.
• Execute client relationship strategy to ensure accurate and timely payroll services for high volumes of clients.
• Review payroll data supplied by clients for accuracy and completeness.
• Input and balance payroll data accurately.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Process payroll; review payroll reports for accuracy and distribute to clients.
