ADP is hiring an Implementation Specialist to onboard clients and drive successful deployment of payroll and HR solutions. You will build relationships, analyze client needs, and guide best-fit ADP implementations to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in client service or systems integration.
• Basic project management skills.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons are possible.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients and create onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Consult with clients to analyze existing systems and business processes and implement the ADP solution.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams and share project information.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and maintain clear client communication.
• Maintain a daily schedule to handle high inbound call volume and peak seasons.
