Job summary

The Clearing House in Charlotte, NC seeks a Client Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and implementation activities, coordinate product needs, and ensure high client satisfaction through thorough testing and clear communication.

You will drive acceptance criteria, develop certification plans, and maintain robust documentation while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Candidate requires minimum 3+ years of client onboarding and integration experience.
• Candidate requires minimum 3+ years of experience performing testing support for internally developed applications.
• Experience with Windows and Linux based distributed systems, IBM MQ and connect direct technologies.
• Definitive understanding of XML used in messaging and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementation activities, ensuring timely adoption of systems or products.
• Develop certification plans that validate business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, document, and track issues, bugs, and inconsistencies with technology teams for resolution.
• Test new product software applications or enhancements to existing software.
• Maintain detailed documentation, including test results, defect logs, and testing/implementation metrics.
• Implementation improvements to testing processes to reduce risk and drive efficiencies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, providing guidance and addressing concerns.
• Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and support documentation for end-users.
• Conduct system configurations, data migrations, and client-specific customizations.
