Job summary

The Clearing House is seeking a Client Implementations Pre-Onboarding Specialist to support pre-onboarding and implementation readiness for financial institutions, credit unions, and TPSPs adopting TCH payment products across networks. You will coordinate activities after contract execution and guide clients toward timely milestone completion.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in operations/onboarding or client-facing role (banking/financial services preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience documenting operational processes and requirements.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-onboarding activities with banks, credit unions, and TPSPs.
• Serve as primary contact during pre-onboarding, managing communication, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Lead client-facing meetings to review pre-onboarding requirements, timelines, and next steps.
• Assist with agreements initiation and execution for new customers and partners.
• Support relationships with TPSPs and connectivity providers.
• Track pre-onboarding progress, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues to ensure timelines are met.
• Contribute to development and standardization of pre-onboarding processes as networks expand.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the client pre-onboarding experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, CRM, Legal and Client Implementations to support pre-onboarding activities.
• Support post go-live activities, including client and TPSP follow-up, coordination of updates, and ongoing communication.
• Monitor and report on participant counts, et al.
• Contribute to Pre-Onboarding Team self-identified risk efforts.
