Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, LLC is seeking an Implementation Analyst to support onboarding of new clients onto the Clearwater SaaS platform and service model. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess requirements and customize solutions for accounting, compliance monitoring, performance measurement, risk analysis, and reporting needs.

You will manage client relationships, facilitate onboarding, conduct training sessions, and communicate project status, issues, and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Beginner Excel skills and basic SQL understanding are preferred.
• Strong accounting knowledge and familiarity with financial concepts.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
• Attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving are important.

Responsibilities

• Manages relationships with clients and internal stakeholders during onboarding.
• Facilitates onboarding of clients onto Clearwater's platform.
• Conducts training sessions to educate clients on the Clearwater platform.
• Communicates project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoots and resolves customer issues during implementation.
• Provides consultancy to ensure project objectives align with plans.
• Escalates risks and issues to the Project Manager when needed.
• Demonstrates ability to self-learn and seek needed support.
