Job summary

The Clearing House seeks a Client Implementations Pre-Onboarding Specialist to guide FIs, credit unions, and TPSPs through onboarding readiness and milestone achievement. You will partner with internal teams to coordinate activities and ensure timely completion of essential requirements.

You'll coordinate communications, meetings, and documentation, while managing multiple stakeholders and risks to keep onboarding on schedule.

Qualifications

3–5 years in an operational, onboarding, implementation support, or client-facing role
Banking or financial services background preferred
Experience documenting operational processes and requirements
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Responsibilities

Coordinate pre-onboarding activities for banks, credit unions, and TPSPs across TCH payment products
Serve as primary pre-onboarding contact, managing communication, scheduling, and progress tracking
Lead client-facing meetings to review requirements, timelines, and next steps
Support discussions related to agreements, access requirements and client profile options
Assist with initiation and execution of agreements for new customers and partners
Coordinate with internal teams to support pre-onboarding activities
Monitor progress, identify risks/delays, and elevate issues to meet timelines
Support post go-live activities and ongoing client/TPSP communication
Contribute to standardization of pre-onboarding processes and scalability initiatives
