Job summary

The Clearing House is seeking a Client Implementations Pre-Onboarding Specialist to support the pre-onboarding and implementation readiness for financial institutions, credit unions, and TPSPs adopting TCH payment products across multiple networks.

In this client-facing role, you will coordinate activities after contract execution, guide clients through onboarding requirements, and ensure milestones are met, partnering with internal teams to drive successful pre-onboarding outcomes.

Qualifications

3–5 years in onboarding, implementation support, or client-facing role in banking/financial services preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience documenting operational processes and requirements.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

Coordinate pre-onboarding activities across banks, credit unions and TPSPs.
Serve as primary contact during pre-onboarding, managing communication and progress tracking.
Lead client meetings to review requirements, timelines, and next steps.
Support agreements initiation and execution for new customers and partners.
Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Legal and Implementations to support onboarding.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to meet timelines.
