Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an entry-level Help Desk assistant to support inbound and outbound calls, direct callers, and resolve basic customer issues under supervision. You will learn company systems and contribute to onboarding new clients and maintaining service quality.

The role focuses on developing strong phone communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills while supporting staff and managers in daily tasks and regulatory training.

Qualifications

• Strong phone and listening skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk coverage for inbound and outbound calls and directing calls to appropriate staff.
• Understand, master, and gain efficiency in systems leveraged by the Help Desk.
• Provide Help Desk resolution of customer service issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide Help Desk resolution of Pharmacy Network problems to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist with onboarding of new clients including group enrollments, changes and deletions.
• Assist with on-site resolution of customer service issues to clients as needed.
• Participates in training and development efforts of the helpdesk.
• Perform general office duties as needed (copying, filing, mailings).
• Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
