Job summary

Location Services is seeking a Business Development Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to expand business with existing clients. You will serve as the primary client liaison, manage HubSpot CRM, and drive onboarding and training initiatives while supporting multiple client requests.

You will create presentations and scorecards in PowerPoint and Excel, communicate professionally, and help resolve client issues with cross-functional teams, all in a fast-changing environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, in business related field, preferred.
• 2 years in customer service or inside sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for our clients.
• Maintain client database in HubSpot CRM.
• Host recurring client performance review calls.
• Create and implement client onboarding and training.
• Create material (PowerPoint presentations and Excel scorecards) for client meetings.
• Capture client concerns and relay that information to internal teams.
