• 2–4 years of experience in sales support or related role.
• Experience with CRM and workflow systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and stay highly responsive.
• Interest in developing client-facing skills and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team through client onboarding, sales documentation, CRM coordination, and client-facing follow-up.
• Prepare, route, send, and upload Statements of Work and related sales documents with details.
• Create and maintain client matters in QuickBase with accurate rates and billing details.
• Maintain Salesforce, Apollo, QuickBase records including lead and opportunity updates.
• Provide client and internal communication support across teams and leadership.
• Support sales proposals, RFPs, presentations, and related materials.
• Assist with onboarding communications and standard collateral as needed (W-9, payments, security docs).
• Coordinate with finance on billing contacts and approved credits/billing adjustments.
• Update sales templates, pricing tables, service descriptions, addenda and workflows.
• Assist with CLE coordination, conference materials, client collateral, and event follow-ups.
