Job summary

Location-Services is hiring a Business Development Specialist in Indianapolis, IN. You will generate additional business from existing clients, acting as the liaison between clients and internal teams.

You will onboard clients, provide training, and escalate concerns as needed. Ideal candidates have a two-year degree or higher, 2 years in customer service or inside sales, and strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business related field preferred.
• 2 years in customer service or inside sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for clients.
• Maintain client database in HubSpot CRM.
• Host recurring client performance review calls.
• Create and implement client onboarding and training.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and Excel scorecards for client meetings.
• Communicate client concerns to internal teams and facilitate resolutions.
• Support client relations leaders to manage relationships.
• Communicate professionally and coordinate with other departments.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to change.
