Job summary

Open Source United in New York seeks a Client Implementation Consultant to guide customers through implementation, configuration, training, and early adoption to achieve value from our products. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Engineering to plan and execute implementation activities, gather requirements, configure accounts, and deliver user training.

You will monitor milestones and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field.
• Experience in customer implementation, onboarding, customer success, product adoption, training, consulting, account management, technical support, or related role.
• Strong understanding of onboarding and implementation lifecycles from discovery to handover.
• Experience gathering customer requirements, documenting workflows, and coordinating delivery plans.
• Ability to manage timelines, milestones, risks, and communications.
• Experience delivering customer training through virtual sessions, workshops, and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through implementation, configuration, training, and early adoption to ensure value.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, Engineering and stakeholders to plan and deliver implementation activities.
• Gather requirements, develop project plans, coordinate data migrations or integrations, and prepare customer-facing resources.
• Monitor milestones and risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely handovers.
• Track usage and engagement metrics to identify adoption gaps and drive customer value.
