Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Client Manager in Indianapolis to lead our security services for a designated portfolio. You will build long-term client relationships and guide frontline staff to deliver world-class security outcomes.

Expect to drive operational metrics, manage budgets, and optimize schedules using AI tools and BI analytics while maintaining safety and regulatory standards. This role emphasizes strong leadership and a customer-focused approach within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must have one of the specified degrees with required experience in managing hourly employees in a service organization.
• Current driver’s license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two years driving operational goals.
• Ability to manage a large dispersed team and foster teamwork, innovation, agility, and client relations.
• Ability to interpret financial data and support decision-making in budgeting and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop and retain front line staff for small to medium clients in your portfolio.
• Use AI tech, reporting tools, and BI platform to monitor metrics and optimize schedules and profitability.
• Oversee client metrics including budget management, A/R, A/P, and account health to hit EBITA targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships, address security needs, and implement corrective action plans.
• Deliver high-quality service while adhering to policies and regulations.
• Develop action plans to establish a culture of safety and prevent injuries.

Education

Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field

Associate’s degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field

High School diploma with a minimum of five years of experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced service organization
