Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is hiring a Client Manager for the Business Insurance team. You will assist clients with service and risk management, manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.

You will be the primary client contact for questions, billing issues, policy changes, and timely, professional responses. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in Business Insurance, a Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Insurance.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in 90 days of employment).
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience using EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight.
• Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.

Responsibilities
