Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team. You will deliver prompt, courteous service, work with department members, and support changes, rating, and data entry with high accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a property & casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days) and 2+ years of business insurance experience, along with proficient MS Office skills and authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Two years of Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in future.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
• Process changes, pricing/rating, and maintain accurate client data entry.

A day in the life.

As our Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities will include working with other members of the department to meet the service needs of customers and your attention to detail is essential in mastering tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Two (2) years' Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Transportation experience a plus!
• Insurance designations such as (CISR, AAI, CIC, etc.)
• Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and/or ImageRight
