Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Account Manager II for the Business Insurance team. You will support clients with service and risk management, maintain strong relationships with clients and producers, and respond to inquiries and billing issues with professionalism.

This role emphasizes service excellence and growth with MMA’s national resources. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Business Insurance, a P&C license or ability to obtain, and relevant designations or knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• Property & Casualty license, or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
• Insurance designations (INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with service and risk management needs.
• Manage relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best-in-class service and drive growth.
• Serve as the client contact to answer questions, resolve billing issues, make policy changes, and respond promptly and professionally.

A day in the life.

As our Account Manager II on the Business Insurance team, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with service and risk management needs and managing relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth. You'll serve as the client contact to answer questions, resolve billing issues, make policy changes, respond to clients in a timely and professional manner.

Our future colleague.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years' experience in Business Insurance
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain in 90 days of employment)
• Insurance designations (i.e. INS, AAI, CISR) or demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance coverages.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience using Sagitta and/or ImageRight
• Working towards CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability.
