Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Client Service Supervisor for the Business Insurance team. You will supervise a dedicated group, manage an assigned book of business, and drive strategic solutions to balance client needs with team priorities.

You will collaborate with producers, client managers, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, advancing service quality and risk management while supporting career growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ Business Insurance industry experience (agency preferred).
• P&C insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Knowledge of Business Insurance carriers and market appetites.
• Experience with Sagitta, ImageRight, and/or EPIC.

Responsibilities

A day in the life.

As our Client Service Supervisor on the Business Insurance team, you will provide day-to-day supervision for a team of dedicated professionals, along with managing an assigned book of business. Strategic thinking is key in this role. Look outside the box for solutions, instead of seeing obstacles. If you are a collaborative, career-oriented insurance professional, who can balance client needs, team leadership, and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment, this position is for you.

Our future colleague.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• 5+ years’ Business Insurance Industry experience (preferably in an agency)
• P & C Insurance License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Working towards CPCU, CIC, ARM, and/or AU designations or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge and ability.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Business Insurance carriers and industry appetites
• Ability to work well with producers, client managers, other teams, and across departments.
• Experience with Sagitta, ImageRight, and/or EPIC

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Industry specialization in Manufacturing, Real Estate
• Management experience preferred
• Agency operations knowledge (licensing, accounting, carrier contracts)
• Advanced AI and other technology utilization
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
