Job summary

Paychex is reimagining how businesses manage their workforce with payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services in a single connected HCM platform. This role ensures client satisfaction, serves as the primary HR service contact, and collaborates with internal partners to deliver quality service.

The position involves advising on performance management, recruitment, compensation, and employee engagement, with possible EPLI insurance support and enrollment meetings for PEO clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
• 1–3 years of HR experience or equivalent
• Customer service experience preferred
• Planning, operations, management experience preferred
• Labor law knowledge preferred
• Familiar with Paychex systems preferred
• Experience in employee relations and performance management preferred

Responsibilities

• Serves clients remotely and in-person, delivering consultative guidance for HR needs.
• Advises on performance management, recruiting and retention strategies, compensation, and employee engagement.
• Supports EPLI insurance setup for PEO clients with other internal partners.
• Conducts open enrollment meetings for PEO clients and advises on benefits selection.
• Explains HR policies and procedures, offering remedies for employee relations issues.
• Provides turnover analysis and unemployment escalation assistance.
• Keeps abreast of HR trends and conducts training.
• Promotes high-quality customer service to clients.
