Job summary

Paychex is seeking an HR Services Consultant in Renton, WA to manage client satisfaction and provide HR guidance. You will work with a small client base, serving as the primary contact for HR services and coordinating with internal partners to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities include advising on performance management, recruitment, compensation, engagement, and culture, as well as supporting EPLI setup for PEO clients. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of HR experience or equivalent.
• Consulting or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves clients remotely and in-person with consultative guidance.
• Advises on Performance Management, Recruiting, Compensation, and Employee Engagement.
• Supports PEO clients with EPLI setup.
• Leads open enrollment meetings for clients.
• Interprets HR policies and provides remedies for employee relations issues.
• Provides turnover analysis and unemployment support.
• Maintains awareness of HR trends and conducts training.
• Promotes high-quality customer service to clients.
